Hello,

I have created JIRA issues NH-1242, NH-1243, NH-1244 and NH-1245 that
prevents compilation of NHibernate with recent Mono versions on Linux.

All issues are cosmetic and I have attached patches. Please review and
commit.

I have been able to build SVN NHibernate with NAnt-0.86-beta1 and SVN
Mono without any issues when these patches are applied.

I am willing to track any issues with NHibernate on Mono and provide
patches as necessary. We use NHibernate heavily in multiple projects on
Mono/Linux platform.
